Willmott Dixon is one of the UK’s largest providers of education facilities and is constantly looking to push barriers in how we create schools that provide the best possible environment for pupils to learn and teachers to teach.
We work closely with Government, local authorities, end users and our supply chain to enable schools to raise pupil aspiration and attainment. We get very excited by our work, the positive impacts it creates and the influence it has on future learning.
Education provides some of the best examples of what’s possible with the built environment, especially in driving low carbon and renewable energy, and Willmott Dixon is proud to be at the forefront of delivering accommodation that inspires excellence.
As part of that drive for continuous learning, Willmott Dixon was the only contractor represented on the Zero Carbon Task Force. The low carbon track-record is further illustrated by Willmott Dixon being responsible for the UK’s highest scoring BREEAM school, Rogiet Primary School in Monmouthshire, and also the most air tight, John Perryn Primary School in Ealing.
