Through our developer Willmott Dixon Homes, we build and market homes for open market sale. These can be stand-alone developments or part of wider urban regeneration schemes in joint venture with local authorities, RSLs and other developers.

Our schemes mix contemporary design and convenience with affordability in popular urban locations and, thanks to products like I-Start, we also help first time buyers get their feet on the housing ladder.

We carry out all building work using our in-house team and this includes the after sales care we provide our home buyers.
