Through our in-house developer Regen, we build and market homes for sale. These can be stand-alone developments like Prime Place in Greenwich or part of wider urban regeneration schemes in joint venture with local authorities, RSLs and other developers.

We also build private housing for most of the major developers too, from Bellway to Berkeley and Taylor Wimpey, we build to the very high quality exacting specifications they demand.
