Our 2013 apprentice award winners

We invest in skills and success, like our 2013 apprentice award winners!

Our Transformational Change approach sets out how clients get more from their outsourced supplier and defines our approach to delivering real value in the era of 'more for less', including getting a tangible social legacy for local communities and investment in skills.  The follow-up Transforming Communities report advocates how we can encourage more investment in skills and the community, something we're doing through initiatives like Opening Doors which provides over 25,000 hours of work experience to nearly 300 people a year.
