We are acutely aware of the pressures on local Public Sector bodies to improve public services and deliver regeneration, whilst at the same time reducing expenditure.

We strongly believe in the ability of Public Private Partnerships to support the Public Sector at a local level in delivering these objectives through maximising the efficiency of their estates.

We are actively working with public sector partners to find innovative long-term solutions which enable private sector investment to be used to deliver social housing, social infrastructure and urban regeneration.
