Willmott Dixon Investments is a shareholder of, and equity investor in, Public Private Partnerships. 

This investment is delivered through a variety of structures ranging from stand-alone PFI contracts to Local Asset Backed Vehicles.  A key part of what we offer is the ability to create flexible and innovative structures that can work for each individual circumstance.

Our aim is to operate as a true partner, working to support local public sector bodies in achieving their objectives in public service delivery, urban regeneration or whatever they may be.
