Our primary focus is in housing and social care, but we also undertake projects in other areas where we have strong sector expertise, such as healthcare, education and emergency services.

As a Group, we have been embedded in the social and affordable housing market for a considerable time.  Therefore, as an investor, we are able to bring to bear a wealth of sector experience, particularly in specialist areas such as extra care accommodation for the elderly, where we see a clear and growing need.

Delivery models for PPP projects are evolving, but we believe the keys to success are a real technical understanding of the projects and a commitment to work in partnership to deliver them.
