We have transformed some of the largest estates in London, replacing life expired housing and areas built over 40 years ago with bright new living space.
In the last ten years, we have created over 10,000 new homes through regeneration, mainly in London.
Much of our work now involves our in-house development arm Regen. As well as our contracting skills, Regen allows us to bring finance and development expertise to work in partnership with RSLs, private developers and local authorities, as is the case with the 1960s-built Dee Park estate in Reading, where our consortium is creating a mix of homes available for sale and affordable rent. We'll rejuvenate Dee Park with 763 new homes over the next eight years; just one in a series of projects where we work with RSLs and local authorities to transform areas for entire communities.
From South Acton in Ealing, Rayners Lane in Harrow and Wolverton Park near Milton Keynes, to Church End in Neasden and Le Fevre estate in east London, we've provided new homes and living space for people young and old to thrive in. This has been backed up by apprenticeship schemes that gives local residents new life-long skills that allow us to leave a lasting legacy.
