Willmott Dixon Regeneration, led by CEO Andrew Telfer, specialises in assembling, funding and developing long term mixed-use regeneration projects, often within Public Private Partnerships (PPP) or in JV with other private sector developers. Alongside the PPP element, projects typically involve the regeneration of complicated urban sites, with Regeneration bringing investment and development expertise, as well as access to funding.

Working with a broad mix of partners, from registered social landlords to property developers, the Regeneration team take complex mixed-used projects from concept stage, through planning into construction and then post occupancy. The added advantage is that Regeneration can use other parts of the Group to deliver these projects.

Willmott Dixon Regeneration operates through three brands;

• Willmott Dixon Homes, our brand for selling homes to the private market.
• Willmott Dixon Investments, leading on PPP opportunities in areas like housing and education
• Willmott Dixon Developments, acquiring land for development
